Elitepharm Laboratoires is, first and foremost, a team of men and women dedicated to their daily work. For over 25 years, we have been developing our expertise as a manufacturer of food supplements. Over the years, we have naturally developed a CSR policy, in which the human factor plays a fundamental role, and which is reflected in concrete actions.

Elitepharm’s CSR: On a human scale

CSR, the acronym for Corporate Social Responsibility, is an essential dimension of any organization. It refers to the way an organization affects society in a sustainable way. Elitepharm’s CSR policy is implemented at various levels and is embodied in our expertise and values, which are shared by all our employees.

Our policy is also notable for its human dimension, which fosters closeness and a sense of community within the company, and the importance we place on diversity.

Apprenticeship programs at Elitepharm, on-the-job training

At Elitepharm, we welcome young people on apprenticeship programs. For them, it is a real stepping-stone in their professional life, which also contributes to their personal development. As for our teams, their role is to support them in the development of both soft skills – such as autonomy, critical thinking, communication and teamwork – and technical skills, specific to each position.

There’s a real place for young people here, which allows us to work on real assignments and take on real responsibilities. I’m trusted in the field, and I feel like I’m part of the company and actively contributing to it. It’s satisfying on both a personal and professional level” says Océane, a trainee in the Quality department.

Each trainee is accompanied and supervised by one of our experienced and passionate mentors, which guarantees quality training tailored to their needs. Our mentors ensure that they acquire solid technical and professional skills, thus enhancing their employability.

With a view to building their future career path and becoming successful, our trainees contribute fully to our various projects, and we are proud to see them develop, evolve and blossom.

This experience has helped me develop my project management skills and self-confidence. I’ve also been able to assert my ideas and show initiative“ says Nour, a trainee in the marketing department.

The apprenticeship program also enables our trainees to become independent and autonomous on a day-to-day basis, thanks to their salary. This is an essential criterion for some students who want to continue their training, but who would otherwise not have the financial means to do so.

Finally, as part of Elitepharm’s CSR policy, we have already put this commitment into practice by offering permanent positions to young trainees within our company.

Another aspect of Elitepharm’s CSR: Inclusion

As part of our commitment to supporting and promoting diversity, we have been working alongside Sistra, a social integration company that helps people from all walks of life.

This partnership marks our commitment to fighting against prejudice and discrimination, by highlighting the skills of our employees and potential recruits. This initiative enables women and men to regain self-confidence, despite sometimes difficult life paths.

Karim, an operator at Elitepharm, benefited from this collaboration with Sistra a few months after his arrival in France 12 years ago. For him,

“This partnership means a lot to me, as it gave me a big opportunity at a crucial time in my life. Its impact has been very beneficial.”

We offer our employees from this partnership the opportunity to learn and grow within Elitepharm alongside more experienced peers.

“I learned everything on the job, thanks to my former colleague, even though I knew nothing about Trading Point [Elitepharm’s historic name]” Karim started out as a packaging and order-picking operator and is now a packaging line conductor.

In Elitepharm’s CSR policy, inclusion concerns women as well. Cathy has found her place with us thanks to the partnership with Sistra. After a period of fixed-term employment with the company, she was recontacted by our teams to work a permanent position as a line conductor on automatic machines, and to train new recruits. Today, Cathy expresses her point of view: “I find that, here, we really support the new recruits, we train them by being by their side”.
