What kind of equipment do you have for manufacturing and packaging food supplements?
We perform capsule filling, mixing, and packaging on-site using our equipment, including a mixer, automatic capsule filling machines, a Doypack machine, and multi-format packaging lines.
What are the minimum order quantities at Elitepharm Laboratoires?
Minimum order quantities vary according to product: 60,000 capsules for mono-ingredients, 100,000 for a customized formula, 50,000 vials, and 100,000 to 200,000 tablets or softgel capsules. For doypacks, the minimum order is 500 units, depending on capacity.
What capsule sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of capsule sizes (Size 1, 0, 0EL, 00) and types (HPMC, bovine gelatin, pullulan, gastro-resistant). We also offer colored capsules, although these are subject to minimum quantity constraints depending on their color.
What are the packaging options available?
For capsules, we offer different types of packaging: glass, plastic or cardboard pillboxes with screw-on or snap-on lids, and Pressure Sensitive or IHS (induction) closures. We also offer blister packs and doypacks, as well as several packaging personalization options such as single or booklet labels, heat-shrink sleeves, cartons and cellophaning.
